∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Floor Management, Microsoft Office Suite

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical Engineering, Dyeing Finishing, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, carry out and supervise process trials in laboratories, pilot plants or factories.
∎ Scale up the production process via plant trials making changes to raw materials or components and process parameters to ensure quality is maintained during large-scale production.
∎ Implement process controls and devising test methods to assess the developments and applications.
∎ Work with product and raw material pipelines at various stages of the development and application.
∎ Create specifications and label declaration to ensure compliance with the finished product specifications.
∎ Advise application requirements to enable process changes for new product development.
∎ Evaluate existing processes to identify areas of improvements.
∎ Respond to internal and external customers requirements, address the problems of raw materials to the suppliers.
∎ Inform immediate supervisor if any problem occurred during the process.
∎ Conduct test protocols, procedures and product evaluation.
∎ Transfer new technologies across a range of product categories.
∎ Prepare technical reports and cost estimate analysis and document development work.
∎ Generate data to substantiate claims regarding the safety and efficacy of new products.
∎ Participate in the integration of new products with commercial areas, including brand development, sales strategy and quality assurance, legal, marketing and manufacturing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Training on Technical Process will be of added advantage.
