∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Concrete laboratory, Concrete Technology, Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Ready Mix Concrete
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the plan of the QC Team as per the supervisor's direction.
∎ Take care of Concrete Production requirements as per the production schedule
∎ Make execution plan of Daily & Monthly Manpower uses & Tests
∎ Conduct Trial Mixes as per Instruction
∎ Conduct Daily & Monthly Concrete Material Tests
∎ Make Test Reports & Handover it to QC In Charge
∎ Manage hard and soft Copies of necessary Documents
∎ Take care of Site Casting, Cylinder making, Curing, and compressive strength test performed by the LAB Assistant and report accordingly
∎ Take care of material acceptance and rejection activities
∎ Update in ERP software for Concrete Production
∎ Follow up SPR, SRM, PR, SR & QC report on ERP system
∎ Contact clients for any quality issues & if any complaints from clients, try to solve them instantly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have decent knowledge about international standards (ASTM, AASHTO, ACI etc.)
∎ Have excellent work experience in any reputed ready-mix pant & Construction site
