∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Shift-wise the plant's production function and ensure the Grinding, unloading, and packing process with a target of the required quantity by maintaining quality.
∎ Work closely with maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical), quality, and production teams to provide leadership, guidance, and direction for plant operations.
∎ Logistics- coordination for raw materials availabilities and unloading facilities with storing.
∎ Provide leadership to department employees by directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating as the situation requires.
∎ Ensure the integrity of the process material balance including additives and consumables, while economizing fuel consumption (Coal and diesel).
∎ Equipment performance and reliability in operations Like Payloader and dump truck, Unloading Crane, and all process equipment including packing plant.
∎ Highly motivated and effective use of workforce.
∎ Create a Positive work environment.
