Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Govt. Polytechnic Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of daily working schedule at site & reporting to head office
∎ Analysis of all drawings and constructing according to drawing
∎ Estimate all cost & budget of plan & resource requirements
∎ Preparing all kinds of bills at site & submit to head office
∎ Dealing with contractors for any kinds of construction work consulting with head office concerned person
∎ Estimate all kinds of necessary construction materials/equipment
∎ Supervise and manage site activities including management of human resources at site
∎ Monitoring & taking repairing initiative of all project equipment
∎ Discuss & coordinate all development of project activities with head office
∎ Monitoring safety of workers with proper construction progress
∎ Monitoring materials delivery, materials unloading at project
∎ Monitoring tool box meeting every morning at project
∎ Preparing materials receiving report (MRR) and send it to head office with proper documentation
∎ Attending project coordination meeting at head office/project with concerned head office personnel & client
∎ Coordinating with client for any kinds of approval which is related to construction at site

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Office, Auto CAD

Salary: Negotiable
