Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate PLC based concrete batching plant and block press machine for production.
∎ Supervise & monitor the production process for quality production.
∎ Ensure production target with standard parameter and specification.
∎ Ensure machine check list (Given by Technical Team) before starting machine& during running the machine to avoid any risk.
∎ Maintain up to date record/report for Besser, Zenith 900c machine, Poyatas, T-Ten.
∎ Assist to Technical Team to maintain scheduled and corrective maintenance according to plan.
∎ Ensuring periodic calibration of batching plant with Electrical & Mechanical department.
∎ Prepare everyday breakdown sheet of machine and report to respective management.
∎ Keep machine surrounding neat & clean to create a good working environment.
∎ Enforce health & safety measures to avoid unwanted situation.
∎ Optimize resources and process to minimize cost
∎ Job Location: Concord Pre-Sressed Concrete & Block Plant, Meghnaghat, Dhaka.
