Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant and ETP in any reputed pharmaceuticals company.
∎ Sound knowledge about PW, WFI, PSG, Pre-Treatment System and ETP operation, maintenance & trouble shooting works.
∎ knowledge about PLC, SCADA, Process Automation, EDI, Softener etc.
∎ Sound knowledge about the Chemical dosing and Sanitization tasks of WTP.
∎ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
∎ Hands on experience in WTP equipment’s maintenance.
∎ Team player with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
∎ Good communication skill in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision of installation & commissioning of PW, WFI, PSG and Pre-Treatment System.
∎ To responsible for Operation & Maintenance of whole Water Treatment Plant.
∎ Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime.
∎ To responsible for execution of the preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance of WTP to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of WTP maintenance tasks.
∎ To Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
∎ Supervise and control spares in an efficient manner.
∎ To maintain other technical and project work.
∎ Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
∎ Ensure that standards related to HSE, energy and discipline are maintained.
