Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from government polytechnic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure supply of safe and uninterrupted power by managing proper operation of Caterpillar generators (11 KV and 0.4 KV)
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the power plant according to Standard Operating Procedures for operation of gas generators, control and switching panels, cooling tower panels.
∎ Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance of generators in accordance with the relevant Standard Operating Procedures as well as manufacturer's guidelines.
∎ Carry out breakdown maintenance of the plant.
∎ Report any operational abnormalities to supervisor.
∎ Carry out other technical jobs as and when required by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08 years of experience in relevant field.
