Education:
∎ Master’s degree with a B.Sc. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering at a recognized university from home or abroad would get the preference.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years of practical work experience in any large organizations/educational institutions.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English, supervisory experience, and well-conversant in computer applications and typing skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Willingness to work on holidays and after office hours, if necessary.
∎ Third division/ class/ equivalent CGPA of the candidates in any educational level will not be accepted.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform the daily operation & regular maintenance of Power Generation Plant – 3 Nos. X 1.34 MW Gas Generators, 2 Nos. X1.0 MW Diesel Generators, 2 Nos X 320 KW Diesel Generators, and other equipment (cooling towers, pumps, PHE etc.).
∎ Perform daily operation of 11/0.40KV, 3600 KVA Electrical Sub Station—HT, LT Panels, Transformers, AVR etc.
∎ Perform daily operation of 2 Nos X 120 KVA and 5 Nos X 100 KVA online central UPS
∎ Perform daily load management using GRID synchronization
∎ Monitor & Supervise the overall plant operation by SCADA system
∎ Perform preventive maintenance of the power generation plant, Substation & online UPS
∎ Implement the predictive and preventive maintenance of the plant
∎ Assist in troubleshooting of any problem at the plant when necessary
∎ Monitor and Control inventory of spares and other engineering materials
∎ Assists in any modification or, project work
∎ Ensure a safe working environment at the plant
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Pay Scale: Tk. 15,999 - 1,600 - 39,998 (as per NSU policy).
