Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Utilize manpower efficiently and control machine operations.
∎ Monitor dyeing production, manage delays, and control remakes.
∎ Color process operations and quality standards.
∎ Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for materials and sub-materials.
∎ Conduct regular dyeing process checks to ensure efficiency.
∎ Control dyeing quality, reduce rejects, and manage costs.
∎ Implement and maintain 5S practices and ensure workplace safety.
∎ Manage process documentation and monitor target achievements.
∎ Oversee machine installation, maintenance, and parts management.
∎ Conduct and participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
