∎ Diploma In Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Man, Machine & Process control in 3 shift ( Morning, Evening & Night).
∎ Daily Production control.
∎ Material & Sub-material FIFO maintain.
∎ M/C risk assessment & preventive measure.
∎ Quality, Reject & cost control.
∎ 5S & Safety control.
∎ Color judgement, KPI oriented work.
∎ Daily work documentation.
∎ TPM activity.
∎ M/C Maintenance & parts control, M/C installation & shifting.
∎ Breakdown analysis & Technical problem solution.
∎ Training plan & execution.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints, Analytical knowledge.
∎ Evaluating, identifying and selecting products from suppliers.
∎ Color fastness, durability testing.
∎ Color development work.
∎ Recipe control for varieties Color.
∎ Daily reporting.
∎ Creativity & ability to work well in teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have willingness to work on shift basis
∎ Basic computer knowledge & English language proficiency.
