Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage/coordinate Site personnel for the erection works.
∎ Overseeing all the details of the project from beginning to end..
∎ Schedule the project in logical steps and budget, time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Need to ensure all the works related with the project as per design and quality.
∎ Reporting about the progress of the project to the head of construction.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project..
∎ Man power setting and control at site.
∎ Supervise erection works regularly.
∎ Frequent Site Visit and submitting report to concern authority.
∎ Ensuring proper rectification works of old project.
∎ Preparing and plan to work schedule.
∎ Preparing budgets and discuss with maintenance head.
∎ Preparing current and final bill of assigned projects.
∎ Giving support to erection team and solving problems when raised.
∎ Responsible for reporting to superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have 3-5 years of practical job experience in civil construction works.
∎ Good knowledge of civil engineering software ( AutoCAD and MS Office etc)
∎ Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all aspect
∎ Must have the mentality to stay at sites out of Dhaka
∎ Should work with under pressure
∎ Must have safety idea on working inside factory.

Salary: Negotiable
