Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management, Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site supervision at various civil constructions.
∎ Ability to read all sorts of civil drawing.
∎ Follow up activities concerned with the civil construction of structures, facilities and systems.
∎ Determine labor requirements and deploy workers.
∎ Coordinating with the entire department that is involved in the project & taking responsibilities for all the civil related problems that arise in the project and solving them in a timely manner.
∎ Need to ensure all the survey related works to the project as per design & quality.
∎ Must follow the prescribed QA/QC and safety manual and record.
∎ Confer with Line Manager, Contractors and Consultants (as required) to resolve various issues such as work procedures, complaints, construction problems and so on.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-4 years' work experience in land development projects preferable. Freshers may also apply.
∎ Should be self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
∎ Must have research and analytical, skills.
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skills.
