Responsibilities & Context:
Client Counseling: Assess a students academic background and financial budget to recommend the best overseas destinations, schools, and programs.
Document Management: Collect, translate, and verify academic documents, financial statements.
Admissions & Visa Processing: Handle institutions applications, track admission statuses, and prepare clients for embassy visa interviews.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changing global immigration laws, visa rules, and school admission policies.
Post-Landing Support: Assist with pre-departure briefings, accommodation arrangements, and travel logistics.
Outreach: Create and manage social media content, and represent agencies at educational fairs or seminars.
