Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all candidate's queries over the phone and on different social media.
∎ Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
∎ Follow up on the documents and provide assistance and advice to students throughout the process.
∎ Over Phone Counseling.
∎ Regular follow-ups with potential students/guardians.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and practices.
∎ Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
∎ Experts in presentation, social media operation, and online program management will get preference.
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieving the target.
∎ Quick learner and good knowledge along with good problem-solving ability.
∎ Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Bangla.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Sufficient Bangla typing speed.
