Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor to join our educational department. The responsibilities of the student counselor include supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.
∎ To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all students with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing. Ultimately, a top-notch student counselor has a strong level of social perceptiveness, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make students feel safe and secure.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advising & counselling students on their higher education options in abroad especially in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
∎ Assisting the students with the application process.
∎ Responsibilities of achieving the students file open on a target basis.
∎ Process documents related to student visa.
∎ Maintain communication with the respective counsellors.
∎ Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa applications.
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.
∎ Maintain records of the student's documentation.
∎ Train the applicants for visa interview.
∎ Update the daily processing work activities.
∎ Assist team members in getting the processing job done.
∎ Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.
∎ Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High English language proficiency in each of the four sections (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). Candidates with a minimum overall IELTS score of 6.5 will be given priority.
∎ Must be hard working and willing to give extra effort to learn the trade
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook.
∎ Capable of handling customer queries.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivation
∎ Willingness to participate in video and live programs for marketing campaigns.

Salary: Negotiable
