∎ Training/Trade Course: Etabs,Auto Cad
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Structural
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Job Context:
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get privileged
∎ Reporting into the Company Director, Candidate will have full responsibility for their Engineering Design Consultancy business unit.
∎ Candidate will be fully responsible for all operational and strategic management of the business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing design reports, designs and drawings
∎ Making calculations about loads and stresses
∎ Selecting appropriate construction materials
∎ Providing technical advice to construction team
∎ Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval respected authority
∎ Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects and MEP consultants
∎ Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors
∎ Administering contracts
∎ Review the design as per Accord alliance guideline
∎ Prepared As built drawings
∎ Approval Signature on Sheetz(RAJUK/CDA/Pourosova)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
