Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the capability to do 3D Designing, Structural Designing
∎ Perform on-site observations and provide recommendations on various spaces' designs
∎ Capture and comprehend client requirements
∎ Create design plans
∎ Ideate and develop innovative design solutions
∎ Work with various interior design themes and styles
∎ Assist in the generation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for design and installation services
∎ Good understanding of design themes and styles
∎ Knowledge of using 3D modeling tools
∎ Good interpersonal and analyzing skills
∎ Creativity, imagination, and a passion for designing
∎ Rajuk plan, Eclectic design & Plumbing design
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, detailing the lay-out plan, and design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation per requirements of the Project/Factory.
∎ Keeping a record of project/Factory documents properly.
∎ Maintain correspondence with External Civil Engineering Firms.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
