Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in Civil Engineering from a reputed public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure economical structural design - By analyzing Structural design (soil test report, initial structural design data, load calculation or any other related data).
∎ Guide structural consultant to ensure design safety requirement as per BNBC code (applicable version) - ensure Structural Safety - by analyzing structural data with relevant BNBC.
∎ Ensure on-time submission of structural drawings on each phase - to ensure timely construction work.
∎ Ensure all construction-related drawings are available on all the drawings (phase-wise) and solve any emergency structural drawings issue on an urgent basis (drawings support or coordination support as per required).
∎ Solve and troubleshoot any kind of structural issues during the construction phase on an urgent basis - for timely construction - By producing or coordinating drawings.
∎ Meeting with architectural consultant for structural design analysis and detailing design.
