∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Structural Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Structural design of RCC and Steel.
∎ Preparing of Detail Drawing, Project Planning, Monitoring on Implementation to Project.
∎ Structural analysis and RCC and Steel Structure associated with residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
∎ Maintain liaison with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultants.
∎ Make plan for all kind of structures as per user's requirement
∎ Design and review all kind of RCC and steel structure
∎ Check the quality of construction work
∎ Check the rod placing and shuttering work before commence any concreting work.
∎ Design analysis of safe and economic infrastructure.
∎ Guide to Architect and CAD Operator for their design related work
∎ Visit the site and solve the technical problem during construction of any structure.
∎ Guide site engineer/Project Engineer about quality of work.
∎ Attend in the monthly meeting and training program at site
∎ Train up all Engineers about design specification, quality control, shuttering work, safety measures during earth quake etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Profound knowledge on RCC and steel structural design is a must.
∎ Strong knowledge on design code and Expert in Design by software analysis (STAAD-PRO/ ETABS/ TEKLA, AutoCAD, MS Office Packages & other related software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure. Hard working mentality.
∎ Shall be well conversant with BNBC, UBC, ASCE, ACI code, AISC, AWS, ACCORD & ALLIANCE Structural Standard.
∎ Candidate should have positive attitude.
∎ Have sound knowledge about retrofitting design.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Visiting sites anywhere in Bangladesh.
