∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within the trims and packaging industry.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of materials used in trims, and packaging, including textile, plastic and eco-friendly options.
∎ Proven expertise in supplier negotiation and contract management.
∎ Ability to analyze data and market trends to support sourcing decisions.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
∎ Proficient in procurement software and data analysis tools.

∎ Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreements to maintain quality standards.
∎ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and quality control, to ensure specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
∎ Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess capabilities and risks, providing recommendations for improvement.
∎ Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track purchasing activities and KPI performance, generating insights for strategic decision-making.
∎ Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology and best practices.
∎ Stay updated on industry developments, emerging materials and sustainability practices, integrating these insights into sourcing strategies.
