Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and controlling inventory levels: This involves monitoring the stock levels of products, ensuring they are kept at optimum levels and that orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
∎ Receiving and inspecting incoming goods: The Store Officer is responsible for receiving and inspecting all incoming goods and verifying that they conform to the order specifications.
∎ Recording inventory movements: The Store Officer is responsible for keeping accurate records of all inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers, and ensuring that they are properly recorded in the inventory management system.
∎ Coordinating with suppliers and vendors: The Store Officer is responsible for coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and that any issues or discrepancies are promptly resolved.
∎ Generating reports: The Store Officer is responsible for generating reports related to inventory levels, stock movements, and other store-related activities, and providing them to management as required.
