∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ M.Com will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange the central store in accordance with the universally acknowledged scientific storage principles.
∎ Raise indents for supplies of different stores materials keeping in view the consumption rates in each case.
∎ Put the materials received at appropriate places so that they are easily accessible for distribution against proper store requisitions from different department/area offices.
∎ Receive approved samples of all store items against which procurement orders have been issued.
∎ Endorse original copies of GRM along with bills/cash or credit memos to SCM & Services Department for submission to accounts department.
∎ Make entries of all receipts and issues in appropriate ledgers and keep those up-to-date in all respects.
∎ Maintain all the files, books, ledgers, records and other documents related to stores in appropriate manner and make them readily available for inspection at any time by the authorized persons.
∎ Ensure full security and safety of the stored items against climatic damage, insects, electric short circuit and any other natural or artificial calamity in collaboration with the security department.
∎ Prepare all gate passes for store items to be delivered to Area Offices and others and maintains duplicate copies thereof in systematic manner.
∎ Develop a self-controlled stock audit program.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience in Hygiene/Paper/Pharmaceuticals/Consumer Products Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Proficient in Computer Operation specially in MS application and Inventory Software.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
