∎ Age 22 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain proper documentation such as receipts, stock records and withdrawals of the stock for the hospital store.
∎ To ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to various departments of the hospital.
∎ To receive requisition for materials from different departments of the hospital through proper channel.
∎ To take proper necessary action for the purchase of the requisitioned materials.
∎ To verify all the incoming and outgoing materials as per the hospital policy.
∎ To maintain and regularly update software-based professional inventory of the stock in the store.
∎ To ensure cleanliness and professional organization of the store.
∎ To prevent overstocking and understocking of materials.
∎ Maintain Bill Proceeding with Product Receiving and MRR, GRN.
∎ To minimize storage cost.
∎ To assist and follow the instructions of the store in-charge.
∎ To comply with any other instruction from the authority in line with the job responsibility of the post.
