Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to maintain proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
∎ Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
∎ To coordinate procurement and other departments as per requirement.
∎ Ensure Logistic support timely as when and where needed.
∎ Maintain the register (Primary product Procurement Register, daily actives Register, Processing Loss Register, Finished Goods Register & Daily Distribution Register).
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Maintain total store and inventory management.
∎ Able to work under pressure & long time and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Applicant must be honest, sincere, and hardworking & respect to the work.
∎ Must update the inventory record regularly and able to prepare monthly stock report.
∎ Monitor the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
