Job Responsibilities:
∎ Area specific job description :
∎ Monitoring the stock status as it is properly counted, indented and arranged in the store.
∎ Receiving the goods as per the purchase order and check the batch no, expiry date.
∎ Prepare the Goods Receive Note and handover to Central Store to check and give the posting.
∎ Providing limited product information which is already in the system such as generic name, brand name, dosage forms, strength or availability of the drugs to the physician.
∎ Participating in the stock counting according to the assigned products.
∎ Slow moving and short expiry item monitoring and reporting to supervisor.
∎ Assist the other members of the Department by providing them their required data from computer system.
∎ Make different office documents as per office demand.
∎ Maintain IT related equipment (i.e. computers, printers etc.) and contact with the IT department if found any problem on those.
∎ Performing all other tasks as required by the department.
∎ He /She should be part of the quality improvement of JCI documentation process of the hospitals.
∎ Specific skills:
∎ Ensure availability of medicine in Pharmacy Central Store.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ Advanced level computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Good Communication skills in English.
∎ Knowledge about drugs available in the market.
∎ Professional knowledge.
∎ Proper customer service.
∎ Good numerical skills
