∎ Knowledge of GDP and pharmaceutical warehousing regulations.
∎ 1-2 years of experience in store of the distribution department in any reputed pharmaceuticals company.
∎ Experience in handling regulated, temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
∎ Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices.
∎ Familiarity with pharmaceutical product handling and documentation.
∎ Expertise in cold and cool chain management.
∎ Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage
∎ priorities. Attention to detail and data accuracy.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office package).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the activities of store operation as per policy and guideline.
∎ Stores and Utilities to be kept clean.
∎ Maintain inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply and to avoid overstock.
∎ Stock keeping arrangement to be done perfectly and maintain the FEFO while arranging the product at store racks and pallets.
∎ Ensure for timely delivery of commercial medicines & Promo Items according to plan.
∎ Ensure stamping of territory and region code on products by Packers before GDN's products checking.
∎ 100% Inventory and Batch accuracy to achieve.
∎ Ensuring temperature checking and recording regularly.
∎ Ensuring total control over receiving of date expired medicines and their storage.
∎ Ensuring keeping record in the file as per SOP.
∎ All invoice/STO received copies to be preserved systematically.
∎ Ensure All in-transit products are being received in SAP instantly after physically receipt.
∎ All outgoing products received copies to collected and preserved within 72 hours.
∎ Ensure safety and security of stores.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
