Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing of all incoming and outgoing material's at central store
∎ Checking materials receiving as per challan & checking stock after receiving materials.
∎ Maintain the store ledger
∎ Taking up physical inventory of all stores at periodical
∎ Maintain proper record of store.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly store & inventory report.
∎ Regular visit to central store and give direction to the subordinates.
∎ Attend in every sale & transfer of any materials of central store and prepare report on it.
∎ Maintain liaison with head office for materials receiving & selling and doing other job as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience in the relevant industry.
∎ Computer proficiency over MS Word and MS Excel is essential.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hours.
Salary: Negotiable
