Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our women’s clothing store. The right person will have 3–4 years of experience in managing a retail store, with strong skills in inventory control and audits. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Main Duties:

Store Operations

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
    • Make sure the team follows company policies and procedures.

Inventory and Audit Management

    • Keep track of stock levels and order products when needed.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to prevent losses.
    • Ensure proper storage and display of merchandise.

Sales and Team Management

    • Lead the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
    • Create staff schedules and manage their performance.

Customer Service

    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty.

Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Analyze sales data to improve performance and meet goals.
