Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master's degree in Business Studies or related
∎ IT package as a part of education will get preference like ACCPAC/Tally/any other ERP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory/ Store Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review purchase requirements submitted by the concerned department / unit head.
∎ Monitor software based inventory recording, monitoring and controlling system.
∎ Manage integrated process among operations, procurement, finance, logistics and suppliers to ensure effective store operations.
∎ Ensure continuity of supply and optimal product flow to support high volume production operations
∎ Prepare physical inventory of materials with stock register or inventory software.
∎ Maintain month end store position in quantity and cost amount.
∎ Maintain stock register of construction, production and raw materials
∎ Receive materials as per invoice and racking /arranging all stores
∎ Keep close liaison with procurement department & have to give alert to management for purchasing before ending any product.
∎ Stock reconcile to be done regularly for all business with computer balance and find out the variance (if any) and take corrective measures to update.
∎ Check and report all broken, damage, shortage, refurbish able and life expired products for non confirming product of all business.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the store policies for entire organization.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve each and every stage of the store's policies and process.
∎ Establish and process control mechanism on store's supply chain management procedures.
∎ Maintain ongoing quality evaluation and monitor store management control process of supply chain
∎ Analyze store complains and evaluate with existing approved standards.
∎ Understand the need of the clients and deliver product and support accordingly.
∎ Executing short term goals in alignment with long term goals.
∎ Mentoring the subordinates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a leading quality and knowledge how to cope with challenges.
∎ Must have the capacity to handle pressure and take decisions regarding store's supply chain management matters.
∎ Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical, procedures or governmental regulations.
∎ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Salary: Negotiable
