Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry or
∎ BBA/MBA in supply chain from any reputed university/ Post Graduate diploma in supply chain.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibility of this position is to ensure materials stock including materials quality, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition.
∎ Receiving all chemicals from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document and make inventory report properly.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of chemical wastage and Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize as per compliance storage as per chemical Compatibility Chart.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain soft copy as well as a hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition. Overseeing and monitoring all activities of Store & inventory department to face audit and exporter.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Maintain inventory and prepare inventory reports.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ Any other Store & inventory-related task that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical Industries, Inventory management
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skill in MS Word, Microsoft Excel Advance Level.
