∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store/ inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving and issuing all kinds of construction materials including cement, rod, bricks, sand, stone, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, thai etc. and maintaining store records of receipt and issue of construction materials.
∎ Record of empty cement bags received from contractors.
∎ To ensure materials wastage control & scrap volume minimize.
∎ The incumbent will have to stay at the Construction Project Site accommodation.
∎ Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
∎ Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies.
∎ Shall be fully conversant with store management procedures including handling of preparation of excess- shortage-damage reports, material return, material reconciliation etc.
∎ Any other responsibility or task given by the management.
