About the Role:

We are seeking a Store Manager who can embody these values—someone who brings structure, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to both the retail space and behind-the-scenes operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily functioning of the store, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience
* Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, handling inquiries and orders with care
* Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and basic accounts
* Supervise and coordinate with in-store karigors, ensuring quality and timely completion of work
* Liaise closely with fabric suppliers and tailors to manage timelines and deliveries
* Keep detailed documentation of designs, custom orders, and ongoing production
* Uphold the visual and service standards of the Anesi retail space
Requirements:
* Prior experience in retail or boutique management, preferably within fashion or lifestyle
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Confident communication and a polished, client-focused approach
* Basic understanding of accounts and operational record-keeping
* Ability to manage multiple workflows with discretion and efficiency
