∎ Age 18 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quantity and quality check of construction/finishing material receive at the project and keep all received materials in a safe and secured place.
∎ Identify any ambiguities found in the received materials and advise the same the concerned authority for corrective and preventive measures.
∎ Maintenance of material stock register and project petty cash management and submit periodical report to the Finance dept.
∎ Prepare/preserve MPR/MRR/Vat Challan/ Suppliers delivery challan accurately and forward them to the concerned dept.
∎ Maintain inventory of company assets/properties and report periodical update to the management for their review.
∎ Monitor and control wastage and misuse of company resources in all functional areas at the project and report findings to the management for necessary action.
