Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, record and followup daily inventory, transaction status.
∎ Procure and arrange materials as per "in-house" plan.
∎ Daily receive/issue, followup and system updates.
∎ Prepare a list of non-moving and slow moving items.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Half yearly and Annual inventory and reports to Management.
∎ Dispatch documents to accounts for making necessary payments.
∎ Prepare a list of non-moving and slow moving items.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Half yearly and Annual inventory and reports to Management.
∎ Ensure safe handling of materials related to employment status of individuals.
∎ Instant reports to procurement sections in case of short supply or excess supply and also at suppliers end.
∎ Monthly stock position and transaction reports must be reported to Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years Experience in any reputed organization. Fluent in English and also proficient in computer operation.
