Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation of Blowroom/Carding/Draw Frame/Ring Frame/Roving Frame/Rotor Frame .
∎ Installs new machines by establishing , adjusting, calibrating and testing performance .
∎ Maintains machines by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions when needed.
∎ Have to work with experienced Field Engineers on basic troubleshooting & service repair needed on designated equipment.
∎ Must have ability to communicate effectively with team mates, colleagues & concerned business partners.
∎ Capability of effective communication with customers to ensure resolution & proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
∎ Keeping excellent contact with customers and recommending value-added services whenever applicable, which will help customers to run business efficiently..
∎ Maintenance of supplier's inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs , placing & expediting orders and ensuring the receipt.
∎ Preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing acquired information and trends.
∎ Keeping internal service records in a timely manner, ordering parts for repair and managing cycle times.
∎ Maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety protocol.
∎ Work Station: Customers Factory Location and at Head Office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years Experience in any Spinning Mills / Service team. Preference will be provided on 3-5 years working experience in any reputed Spinning Plants have orientation on Blow Room, Carding Draw Frame, Ring Frame and Rotor Frame installation.
Salary: Negotiable
