Job Context:
∎ The Store Keeper Assistant is responsible for manage stock, receipt goods, storage, loading and dispatch of goods and liaison with concerned support staff of facility in Shamlapur, Teknaf. He/ She will also be responsible to support all store related matter including reporting within Isolation Center Store in line with IRC operational procedures and principles.

∎ Line Manager: Program Supply Officer (COVID-19 Response)
∎ Contract Length: 6 Months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for proper stocking of commodities according to IRC warehouse procedures;
∎ Informs the Program Supply Officer of any change of quality of goods/ medicine in stock by following stock disposal methods and reporting
∎ Responsible for the keeping of detailed and accurate stock records
∎ Responsible for on time loading/ unloading of goods and medicine
∎ Ensure consumables and pharmaceuticals are utilized before expiry dates
∎ Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained
∎ Responsible for keeping stocks separate for each delivery/ donor
∎ Responsible for ensuring that physical stock matches the Bin Cards at all times
∎ Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly good housekeeping of the warehouse
∎ Applying correct stock control measures
∎ Maintaining documentation in an orderly and systematic filing system
∎ Conduct routine Stock takes of stocks and assets with key stakeholders
∎ Daily supervision of the casual laborers
∎ Maintaining standards on health and safety, hygiene and security in the Warehouse
∎ Conduct duties in accordance with IRC Bangladesh programme Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year of experience on warehouse management, logistics, or other related field
∎ Experience of working with UN or Non-Governmental Organisations
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in on warehousing/ stock management.
∎ Very good skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point;
∎ Very good interpersonal and team skills;
∎ Commitment to humanitarian principles and values;
∎ Commitment to and understanding of IRC’s aims, values and principles
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
