Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish control over all activities in Stores Department
∎ Ensure safekeeping of both quality and quantity of materials.
∎ Maintain proper records.
∎ Maintain continuous correspondence with user departments regarding stock level of all regular stores items and initiate steps whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
∎ Check and receive purchased materials, maintain appropriate documentation and arrange storage of the same in appropriate places.
∎ Keep materials so arranged that they can be issued easily when required.
∎ Issue materials in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
∎ Check the stock register balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals

∎ Age at least 25 years
