Job Context:
∎ Divine Mercy Hospital Ltd. (DMHL) is a dynamic project of The Christian Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (CCCUL) Dhaka. It is located on the outskirts of Dhaka city at proximity to the Dhaka By Pass National Highway at Mothbari, Ulukhola Kaligonj under the District of Gazipur (approx. 12 kilometers from Kuril, Bishwaroad).
∎ Divine Mercy Hospital is a 300 bedded multi-disciplinary hospital to be established with the aim of providing quality health care services at affordable costs to the people of all segments of the society of Bangladesh.
∎ DMH is organized to have almost all clinical departments under one roof which will enable to deliver proper integrated services to the patients. One stop state of the art Diagnostic Services will be one of its major features. It will also provide 24 hours emergency and ambulance services, with round the clock doctors, available for treatment of various discipline.
∎ The hospital is seeking application for the following positions who would be interested to join in the journey to provide quality services with love, care and compassion.
∎ This position will lead, manage & supervise the day-to-day job of Store of Divine Mercy Hospital. In the event of a major emergency, this position will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to different warehouses and outbound logistics bases on daily actual needs in consultation with supervisor/other departments.
∎ The post holder is expected to follow-up warehouses from one to another and visit within these frequently.
∎ Lead the coordination of tracking deliveries of supplies in any direction, and apply mitigation steps to avoid delays, disruptions, damage and loss.
∎ Prepare indent or Purchase Request (PR) to make available of stock for hospital all the times
∎ Manage and support warehouse staff including clear division of responsibilities, clear objectives, and management of performance
∎ Ensure that supplies are managed well and that the necessary services in use meets appropriateness, cost effectiveness and Value for Money standards
∎ Provide advice and support to the Manager- Supply Chain warehouse issues related to storage, distribution, delivery & re-fill (purchase)
∎ Provide statistical reports and comprehensive review of warehouse and distribution strategies aligned to overall goal of the Supply Chain Department
∎ Ensure timely submission of reports on all aspects of Store to department manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Significant prior experience in store and distribution, within a complex/large scale.
∎ Excellent planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organize a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities.
∎ Advanced Excel skill is required.
∎ Ability to build positive & productive relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
