∎ • Must be experienced in the sponge sandals / coil mosquito goods.• Should have good knowledge in ERP.• Knowledge in Store System and its SOP.• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.• Ability to work with all levels of company staff.• Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.HSC or Bachelor Degree in any Discipline.Professional Degree in supply chain management will be an added advantage.· The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): detergent powder / coil mosquito goods etc.Stock ManagementStore and Inventory ManagementStore Management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be interested to work in respective police station/ThanaLead the store team to ensure the store operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training store employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.Develop store operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.Train and manage a store team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.Supervise daily activities of the store inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.Meet regularly with store leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and apace utilization.Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.Ensure on-time delivery by maintaining LIFO & FIFO.
