∎ Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., Tally Software).
∎ Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inventory Management: Oversee daily stock levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely replenishment of goods. Maintaining FIFO LIFO and all day-to-day stock register.
∎ Stock Control: Conduct regular audits, monitor stock movement, and minimize wastage or discrepancies.
∎ Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
∎ Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
∎ Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transporters and manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure that products are stored under appropriate conditions and adhere to food safety standards.
∎ Reporting: Prepare inventory reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve warehouse efficiency.
∎ Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
