Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize and monitor the storage, delivery and dispatch of a wide range of products/goods.
∎ To take proper preparation to support sales team so that daily sales planning and daily MRP achieves efficiently.
∎ To keep stock control systems up to date and maintains automated/manual storage and retrieval systems.
∎ To produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and participates in the meeting of planning and material control.
∎ To brief his team leaders on daily basis and creates motivation and team spirit within the workforce to ensure the effectiveness of his area.
∎ To disposal of idle, excess and obsolete stock after periodic review from senior management.
∎ To propose new changes in WMS (Warehouse Management System) to make his area more effective.
∎ To maintain the standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
∎ To perform any other assignment given by the supervisor related to the business etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
∎ Strong Communication & Negotiation skills.
∎ Self-motivated, Self-directed and Proactive.
