∎ সকল প্রকার নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করাপ্রবেশের ক্ষেত্রে সকলের পরিচয় নিশ্চিত করাআগত মালামাল এবং বের হওয়া মালামাল সঠিক পরিমাণ যাচাই করা এবং নথিভুক্ত করা
∎ কর্মচারী ও ভিজিটর প্রার্থীদের আসা যাওয়া পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ কোন প্রকার সমস্যা পরিলক্ষিত হলে তাৎক্ষণিক ঊধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাকে অবহিত করা।
∎ সকল সম্পদ ও মালামাল রক্ষনাবেক্ষণ সহ তদাকরি করা।
∎ সৎ, কর্মঠ ও নিষ্ঠাবান হতে হবে
∎ দীর্ঘ সময় ডিউটি করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
∎ সুঠাম দেহের অধিকারী হতে হবে
∎ আগ্রহী, দায়িত্ববান ও আত্নবিশ্বাসী হওয়া আবশ্যক
∎ শারীরিকভাবে সুস্বাস্থ্যের অধিকারী হতে হবে
