Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead on Enforcement of Quarantine Protocols:
∎
∎ Develop / update IRC's internal quarantine protocols for staff and incentive workers.
∎ Update case tracking and contact tracing form for internal reporting at country and regional level.
∎ Communicate and follow up with concerned staff in case of quarantine needs, regular follow ups and provide clearance to re-join to work place following successful completion of quarantine period.
∎ Clinical Care of Staff Infected by COVID-19:
∎
∎ Provided medical consultation and services to IRC staff over the mobile phone; Once IRC open a dedicated ITC for its staff, undertake coordination role and supervision as necessary.
∎ Obtain medical history, updating staff files, suggest primary investigations and treatment plan in discussing with respective stakes.
∎ Coordinate, supervise, monitor and follow-up administrative activities & overall progress of all staff who are quarantined / in isolation / hospitalized.
∎ Networking, collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders for conducting health related activities (testing, hospitalization, medical / causality evacuation, death protocol etc.).
∎ Monitoring & Reporting:

∎ Ensure all staff consultations are documented and records completed in confidential manner.
∎ Assist and supervise medical staff in maintaining facility registers and other data collection tools, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information (when required).
∎ Assist and supervise medical staff in daily collection, compilation and reporting of data.
∎ Submit daily reports in a timely manner.

∎ Prepare daily and periodic reports, updates, analysis and support data management.
∎ Develop protocols and procedures for improved staff health and safety. Coordinates, and implements the quality management and quality improvement process for standard safety protocols of IRC offices in Cox's Bazar & Ukhiya.
∎ Ensure medicine support for the quarantined / PSS coordination with HR team when required.
∎ Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in management of health facilities and staff, including previous experience of supervising and mentoring other health staff.
∎ Ability and flexibility to understand the cultural and political environment and to work well with the local health representatives.
∎ Skills to provide sensitive and appropriate medical counselling.
∎ Excellent communication skills, good spoken and writing of concise reports in English.
∎ Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment, displaying patience, compassion and diplomacy.
∎ Ability to be innovative, flexible, adaptive, and willingness to work in potentially stressful and challenging environments.
∎ Ability to live and work in challenging conditions.
