∎ (ক) কোন স্বীকৃত বোর্ড হতে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক সার্টিফিকেট (এইচ.এস.সি) বা সমমান পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ;(খ) কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত;(গ) কম্পিউটার মুদ্রাক্ষরে প্রতি মিনিটে সর্বনিম্ন গতি বাংলায় ২০ শব্দ ও ইংরেজিতে ২০ শব্দ থাকতে হবে।
