Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage an inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
∎ Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
∎ Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
∎ Manage schedules of employees, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations.
∎ Communicate with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
∎ Develop business relationships with suppliers and clients.
∎ Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
∎ Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply chain needs.
∎ Analyze purchase and production data and reports.
∎ Assess materials cost and price estimation and recommend costs and cost savings.
∎ Monitor yield percentage and recovery percentage.
∎ Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper-level management.
∎ Manage the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
∎ Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Update the KPI dashboard.
∎ Assist others in tasks to be assigned by the management.
