Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Service Bio-Medical equipment's.
∎ Clear knowledge about our products & services.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Meet the deadline of service demand of customer.
∎ Delegate and direct service tasks.
∎ Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.
∎ Work as a team and provide frequent progressive reports in order to improve efficiency.
∎ Stay up to date on Manufacturer standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.
∎ Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.
∎ Service/Installation & Maintenance work by communicating with manufacture.
∎ Report to supervisor for operational achievements and progress on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans.
∎ Follow and abide by all Company standard, regulations, and laws. Any other task assign by Management.
