Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Civil Engineering from ( BUET,CUET,KUET,RUET) or any reputed University is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a senior structural engineer to perform all phases of structural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction for Green Architect. Who will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client`s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Structural Engineer for Design & Drawing, Safety Assessments, Retrofitting Design and Supervision, Who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry. This candidate should have at least 10 years of proven experience in Structural Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Detailed Construction Drawing Preparation as per BNBC guidelines.
∎ Calculating the pressures stresses and strains that each component, such as a beam or lintel, will experience from other parts of the structure due to human use or environmental pressures such as weather or earthquakes.
∎ Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
∎ Preparation of weight basis detail BOQ according to design.
∎ Preparation of project proposal drawing for proposal.
∎ Detail estimation of the project (R.C.C. Structure Both).
∎ Providing support to Designers & other departments as required.
∎ Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers •
∎ Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.
∎ Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
∎ Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.
∎ Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.

∎ The applicants should have experience in structural Design of more than 12 storied buildings with 2 basements.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 120000 (Monthly)
