Store Inventory and Control, Store Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure arrangements for delivery or collection of materials at the agreed time.
∎ To ensure accurate accountability of all transactions to and from the stores.
∎ To facilitate periodic checks of the quantities of materials held in stock, including impressed stock held in vans in accordance with standing orders.
∎ Ensures a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace by observing company's procedures.
∎ To ensure delivery of materials to site or collection from suppliers is undertaken and monitored against performance criteria and where suppliers do not meet the correct standards be proactive in resolving performance issues.
∎ Ensure the integrity of the store area is maintained at all times.
∎ To undertake the day-to-day supervision of the stores service and staff to deliver a customer focus service in accordance with agreed procedures.
∎ Check the products before the opening and closing of the store.
∎ Assist the customer with their demands, suggestions and complaints.

∎ Age at most 33 years

∎ Ability to work for long hours.
