∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior design Monitoring, Civil Engineering, cost consulting, cost estimating knowledge.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
∎ As per company demands candidates have to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in evaluating and solving Potential Field Problems, referring them to the Departmental Head /Project Architect.
∎ Coordinate with the departmental head/project architect of the head office and other relevant departments.
∎ Keep records regarding Site information & supervision copy of the approved plan and detailed information.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work Timeline/Schedule. Estimation of the material required for the project.
∎ Supervision of all Structural and Finishing Works.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and Materials requisition.
∎ Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock, and Delivery Status.
∎ Capable of Planning, Managing, Checking, Controlling, Budgeting, and Cost Estimating for Effective Project Management as per Design at Satisfaction of Customer, Updating, Reporting All Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing, MEP plans & Drawings, Corrective or modification measures if needed to ensure the quality of works at possible effective costing.
∎ Monitor all activities regularly.
∎ Study and analyze BOQ and project plan, work schedule, and progress report.
∎ Preparing and Checking Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Perform other Tasks Assigned by the Company.
