∎ ACI Motors has the best dealer network throughout the country and provides world class service support through its nation-wide service centers and dealer points. ACI motors is looking for a competent person to over see service efforts in Yamaha 3S Centre
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Relation with customers & ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Monitor daily service operations at Yamaha service center and provide support as per requirements.
∎ Develop and implement systems to record, file and store spare parts information.
∎ Ensure sufficient spare parts in the service center.
∎ Submit all scheduled report, tour report and expense bills on time.
∎ Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide advice and technical assistance to service team members.
∎ Assist and motivate service team to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability.
∎ Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance
∎ Plan and adjust the workloads of service center personnel to match their skills and abilities.
∎ To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies, and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
∎ Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the service center.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have work experience in motorcycle service industry.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ Good command over MS Office.
